The new SXT LTE6 kit features a CAT6 LTE modem that supports carrier aggregation, allowing the radio to simultaneously use multiple bands. This is a significant advantage, especially in areas with many LTE users, providing better responsiveness in crowded environments and higher performance in weaker signal conditions in rural areas. We have observed a twofold increase in internet speed in rural areas after switching to CAT6, eliminating the need to wait for cable network expansions.
The Mikrotik SXT LTE6 kit includes two Ethernet ports, with the second port offering PoE-out capability, allowing you to power another device. It also has two Micro SIM slots for backup links. The unit is shipped with a 24V power supply but supports a wide voltage range from 18-57V and is compatible with 802.3af.
